Techniques de respiration

Faites toutes les respirations en répétant mentalement une affirmation et en gardant l'attention sur la Présence I AM.
Visualisez-vous dans un Soleil d'Or - n'exagérez pas la longueur des temps d'inspiration ou d'expiration. Faites les exercices avec régularité, mais pondération.

I AM, Je Suis le Souffle équilibrant (10)
1. Respiration équilibrante
Inspirez par Ia narine gauche en disant l'affirmation - gardez le souffle en répétant l'affirmation - expirez par la narine droite, en disant l'affirmation - restez vide en répétant l'affirmation, puis reprendre l’opération.
2. Respiration énergisante
Inspirez profondément sans énoncer l'affirmation - énoncer l’affirmation en gardant le souffle - expirer comme si l'on voulait siffler (sans le faire) sans donner l'affirmation - énoncer l'affirmation en restant vide.
3. Respiration rythmique
Inspirer en donnant l'affirmation - garder le souffle en donnant l'affirmation - expirer en donnant l'affirmation - rester vide et donner l'affirmation.
Grand Divin Directeur :
Il est l'Initiateur et l'Autorité sur tous les courants de Vie de l'humanité. Il n'a jamais vécu dans un corps engendré sexuellement.
Il a été le Maître de Jésus et de Saint-Germain - Il est donc aussi notre Maître. De Sa propre Autorité, ce Puissant Etre a offert de consumer les 2/3 de l'accumulation destructive de tous les étudiants I AM, qui emploieront assez de Flamme Violette pour consumer le tiers restant.
